Processing Time Since every hoodie is made to order, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note these are estimates and delays may occur due to carrier or customs processing.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in our pricing.
